Our School

Established in 2005, Vision Dance School specialises in the following disciplines:

Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Acro, Contemporary, Lyrical, Fitness, Street and Commercial.

We pride ourselves on our high standards and high quality of teaching. We offer a broad range of disciplines in a friendly and creative environment. Every pupil is supported to reach their full potential and encouraged to progress through all styles. Alongside building confidence, team building, making friendships, develop performance skills and the art of showmanship.

Shows and Performances

All pupils will be given the opportunity to take part in our dance show and other performance platforms throughout their dance training at Vision Dance School. This showcases pupil's talents and allows family and friends to see the progression pupils have made in classes. It provides a great sense of achievement and enjoyment for all involved. We also encourage pupils to be involved in lots of different performance opportunities in exciting venues and participate in workshops with industry professionals such as Can You Dance, Disney Land Paris, UK Dance Championships, Derbyshire Dance Associates, Tap Attack and Many more.

Exams

Pupils take examinations and medal tests throughout the year cross the disciplines we teach. Those showing potential may go onto tale major examinations. Exams and medal tests are a fantastic way of improving technique, understanding and developing movements and style. The examination board we use is "National Association of Teachers of Dancing" NATD.
